will hold our annual garage sale on Saturday May 16th. We will advertise in the Statesman and have signs at the
entrances. The hours will be from 8am – 4pm.

Newsletter Naming Contest We
want to thank everyone who entered the naming contest. We had over 50 suggestions. The HOA Board members each chose three
they thought were the best. Lo and behold all of the Board members had “ Divots & Tidbits
“ as a top choice and it became our winner. The entry was submitted by the Andersons of 2701 N. Turnberry. They
have received a fifty dollar gift certificate to the Lakeview Golf Course.
